Superheroes awarded at an international festival

We have completed our international tour with our latest production, Superheroes. The performance, created in collaboration with Figurentheater Wilde & Vogel, was presented in Leipzig, Germany; Brno, Czech Republic; and Veszprém, Hungary. The final show of the tour took place as part of the 1st International Puppet Festival for Adults.

By the decision of the festival’s jury, we were honored with a Special Award for “freedom in the way to perform”.

The City of Białystok is a partner of the winter tour of Superheroes.

The production is a collaboration between Grupa Coincidentia (PL) and Figurentheater Wilde & Vogel (DE) in co-production with Siedlisko Kultury Solniki 44 (PL) & Westflügel Leipzig (DE).

The performance was created as part of the OFF Polska program, organized by the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute. The project was co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland, the City of Białystok, the Podlaskie Voivodeship, and the Cultural Foundation of the Free State of Saxony.
